20 Minutes to Write

"When we talk about practicing our creativity, many of us think we will do it when we have "enough" time. By that, we mean some vast savannah of unclaimed time -- something we're not very likely to get. We must learn to work with the time we've actually got. Almost anyone can find 20 minutes -- it's enough to start." - Julia Cameron

You know, I appreciate this post so much. I attended a writing conference when I was younger where I was told that writers need at LEAST a 2-hour window to accomplish anything. I've since learned differently--thanks for sharing Julia Cameron's wisdom. :o)

Hi there! Found you via Dollars and Deadlines.

Love this quote. There are many days when it seems like I have no time to write, but if I really think about it, I can squeeze it in. Somewhere.
